Removable implant-supported denture
To counter the unfortunate consequences of edentulousness, it is sometimes sufficient to replace the missing teeth with a removable prosthesis on implants.
The dentist then proceeds to install 2 or 4 implants on which ball abutments will be fixed. They will serve as an anchor for the prosthesis, which will be attached to it using a snap-type system. Artificial teeth will be aesthetic while being strong and removable for maintenance.
Depending on the condition of the patient, it may be a question of a complete denture, which replaces all the teeth, or a partial denture which replaces only a few teeth.
